2) Poor wash quality is a common complaint. To improve wash quality always try to provide the dishwasher with heat. This means using the heated dry feature if you have one and running the hot faucet in your kitchen sink before you start your dishwasher. This means the first fill of water will be 120 degrees rather than 80 degrees from water standing in the supply pipes. We recommend a product called Rinse Aid, this can improve the wash quality greatly.
